Meet The Coaching Staff

Coach Rav Maisonet

Rav Maisonet brings over 25 years of coaching experience in cross country and track & field, specializing in middle-distance development, speed mechanics, and long-term athlete progression. He is a USA Track & Field Level 1 Certified Coach and has spent his career building programs that develop both performance and character.

Maisonent previously served as Head Track & Field Coach at Gulliver Prep for nine seasons, followed by a head coaching role at Westminster Christian School in 2022. Since 2022, he has been the Head Cross Country and Track & Field Coach at Doral Academy, where he oversees one of the largest and fastest-growing programs in the area.

Under his leadership, Doral Academy’s girls track and field program captured its first district championship in school history in 2025 and finished Regional Runner-Up the same season.

Throughout his career, Coach Maisonet has coached numerous athletes to the FHSAA State Championships, including three state champions in the girls 800 meters, girls 1600 meters, and girls long jump. His athletes have consistently advanced to regional and state competition while achieving significant personal improvement and collegiate opportunities.

Coach Maisonet founded Force 305 Athletics to provide structured, high-quality performance training beyond the school season — combining technical track instruction, progressive training plans, and mentorship. His coaching philosophy emphasizes discipline, consistency, and long-term development, helping athletes become faster, more confident competitors while learning habits that carry beyond the track.

Coach Salmanzadeh

Daniel Salmanzadeh serves as the Distance and Endurance Coach for Force 305 Athletics, where he oversees the development of middle-distance and distance athletes, including aerobic conditioning, race-specific training, and injury-prevention programming.

A graduate of Doral Academy, Daniel began competitive running late in his high school career and earned a walk-on opportunity at Florida International University, where he competed as a Division I runner. His progression from new runner to collegiate athlete shaped his coaching philosophy and gives him a unique ability to guide athletes at all experience levels.

Following his competitive career, Daniel joined the Doral Academy coaching staff and helped build one of the program’s most successful eras. During his tenure, the program captured its first district and regional championships in both cross country and track & field while producing multiple state qualifiers and championship-level performances.

Daniel has an academic background in rehabilitation therapy and is both CPR certified and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). His coaching emphasizes proper training progression, aerobic development, and injury prevention, helping athletes improve performance while maintaining long-term health.

At Force 305 Athletics, Daniel leads endurance programming and works closely with athletes on pacing strategy, race preparation, and sustainable training habits.
