Personal Training
We offer training for individuals over the age of 18 and out of High School who are interested in working on their fitness.
We provide specified training for distance runners and a detailed program for sprint training.
Training plans and practice sessions will be discussed with the athlete once we understand their overall goals.

Hourly Rate $20 per hour paid before start of each session (Minimum 2 hours per session)
Weekly Rate (3-4 days a week) $165 PAID ON SUNDAYS ONLY
