Track and Field Club

Track and Field Club - All Athletes MUST get a USATF membership before first training session

Cross Country Training (After HS Track and Field Season and after HS Cross Country Season)

Sprint Training (Before and After the HS Track and Field Season)

Non-School Track and Field/Cross Country Athletes will receive training throughout the year as scheduled

Our Club team will compete in Youth Club Meets which take place January - May. In addition, they will compete for Force 305 Athletics in USA Track and Field Meets during the summer. 

Furthermore, athletes will have the option to participate in the Florida Indoor Season which runs from December to February. 


Personal Training

Personal Training- For people who are over the age of 18 and out of high school.

Adults will receive a training program that will help them excel in running

We offer Sprint Training and Endurance Training for these athletes

Our Scheduling is flexible. Training sessions will be communicated weekly to the athlete

Summer Cross Country Training Camp

Summer Cross Country Training Camp (June - August) - This for Middle and High School Cross Country Runners. 

We will have 2 sessions for our Cross Country Camp

Session 1 (June 8-July 4)

Session 2 (July 6-August 1)

Both Sessions (June 8-August 1)
